Who You Are

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding Daily Hive (CMG)’s customer base. You will be responsible for working with agencies, generating leads, prospecting, and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and tailored strategies that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and a competitive drive to exceed goals.

What You'll Do

Identify and qualify leads from various sources (e.g., inbound inquiries, outbound emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.);
Conduct outbound prospecting to target accounts to create sales opportunities;
Schedule and host qualified meetings and demonstrations of Daily Hive (CMG) products
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets;
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Daily Hive (CMG)’s products/services and value proposition;
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic media solutions that align with their goals;
Use CRM tools to track activities, progress, and prospect interactions;
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively and identify new business opportunities;

What You Have

Proven track record in agency sales, outbound sales, or business development;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Ability to offer a ‘white glove’ experience to prospects through the sales process and beyond;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus;
Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset;
Ability to quickly learn and understand technical products and solutions;
You put yourself out there and work to facilitate partnerships and relationships with the Canadian business and technology community.
