Anthony Quinn walks into his new role as president of CARP with his eyes wide open. The 57-year-old Oakville, Ont., native – who replaced retiring president Rudy Buttignol in August 2025 – knows that fighting for the rights of Canadians as they age has always been an uphill battle.
